But their brand and digital presence didn't match the scale or sophistication of what they'd built. With a dated identity, minimal social following (~300 LinkedIn subscribers), and no structured marketing engine, they needed a complete transformation to attract institutional clients, enterprise partners, and high-ticket inbound leads.
